Huiya Raised Floor Systems are also certified to the JIS A 1450:2009 standard by Japanese Industrial Standard / Japanese Standards Association, have been received great reputation in Japan markets. As a professional Raised Floor Manufacturer from China with over 15+ years experience, we have the ability to produce access floor systems according to JIS A 1450:2015 specifies the test methods for raised access floor for Japanese projects.

JIS A 1450:2015 Test Methods for Raised Access Floor

JIS A 1450:2015 specifies Test Methods for Raised Access Floor which is the supported standard by Japanese Industrial Standard / Japanese Standards Association. JIS A 1450:2015 Test Methods for Raised Access Floor cover the most important performance of access floor: Impact Load, Static Load, Rolling Load, Burning Test, Resistance Test, Antistatic test and Vibration Test.

JIS A 1450:2015 Impact Load Test

Determine the impact of falling objects on the product

  • This test assumes the impact that occurs when a 20 kg copy paper stack is dropped in the office.

  • Drop the specified sandbag from a height of 250 mm to the weakest part of the product.

Evaluation

  • Residual deformation: 3.0 mm or less

  • Damage: Nothing

JIS A 1450:2015 Impact Load Test Process:

JIS A 1450:2015 Static Load Test

Determine the effect on the product when a desk or bookcase is placed

  • This is the test at the weakest part of the product, setting the most severe conditions for actual use.

Evaluation

  • Deformation amount: 5.0 mm or less

  • Amount of residual deformation: 3.0 mm or less

JIS A 1450:2015 Static Load Test Process:

JIS A 1450:2015 Rolling Road Test

Determine the effect on the product due to the traffic of the carrier

  • It is the test at the weakest part of the product, assuming the most severe conditions when actually used.

  • Running speed 10m-12m/min. 5,000 round trips with a dedicated tester

Evaluation

  • Amount of residual deformation: 3.0 mm or less

  • Damage: Record status

  • Rattling: record the condition

JIS A 1450:2015 Rolling Road Test Process:

JIS A 1450:2015 Inflammation Test

Determine product ignition resistance

  • The floor is not subject to interior restrictions, but it is a test assuming that the place where cables under the floor are dense is the source of fire.

Evaluation

  • Measure with flame only and self extinguish within 60 seconds

  • After flame time 0 seconds/Grade I 60 seconds or less/Grade II

JIS A 1450:2015 Inflammation Test Process:

JIS A 1450:2015 Anti-static Test

Determine if there is any effect of naturally occurring static electricity on the product

  • Static electricity generated by walking or moving a trolley may cause electric shock to the human body or malfunction of the computer, so measure the degree of electrification of the product.

Evaluation

  • U value (JIS A 1455) (antistatic performance evaluation value)

  • General offices: U≧0.6

  • Computer room, etc.: U≧1.2

JIS A 1450:2015 Anti-static Test Process:

JIS A 1450:2015 Leakage Resistance Test

Determine the range of vertical resistance of the product

  • This is a test to confirm the degree because the floor needs a proper resistance to prevent electric shock.

  • For safety, measure with the finishing material removed.

Evaluation

  • Resistance value R≧1.0×106Ω

JIS A 1450:2015 Leakage Resistance Test Process:

JIS A 1450:2015 Vibration Test

Determine the condition of the product after vibration due to an earthquake, etc.

  • This is a test to check whether it is possible to evacuate by walking on the floor after vibration, limiting it to OA floors of H200 mm or less such as offices.

  • (Applicable to floors of H300mm or less depending on the agreement between delivery parties)

Evaluation

  • Panel does not fall off

  • Panel damage, rise, gap, and horizontal movement are recorded.

JIS A 1450:2015 Vibration Test Process:
